1. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be higher.
2. Because of the nature of the products we offer there may be additional shipping charges for Oversize packages, these costs will be added at the time your order is processed.
3. Truck Freighted items will be quoted separately. Please call or e-mail us for a quote.
4. Please note that some items, due to size or weight, are not shippable via UPS and must be shipped by truck. This incurs an additional shipping charge. If you wish to verify the shipping method required for your order, please call us!

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is quite simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you receive from Winch Central you may return it within 10 days of delivery for credit to your card or you may choose to have us apply that amount towards another purchase.

If the product you have received from Winch Central is defective or damaged, you may return it for full credit towards another purchase or exchange it for the same item.

If the product you have received from Winch Central is incorrect due to your ordering error (i.e. you ordered the incorrect item), or for any other reason besides damage or defect, the following applies:

1. You may return the product for a refund. You must pay shipping, and shipping costs are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.

or

2. You may request to exchange the item for another product. Shipping and return costs are not refundable. You will be charged a $5 handling fee for the exchange.

or

3. You may request a credit. Shipping and return costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit. A $5 handling fee will be charged.

NOTE: Special order items are NOT returnable nor will we issue a refund.

We do like to find out what you are unhappy about so that we may be given the opportunity to make it right for you. However we do understand ordering from a catalog or over the internet makes it very difficult to be sure if it is just what you wanted. So if it's not quite what you thought it would be just let us know.

Send an email to Info@winchcentral.com and be sure to include your name, address and your order number. Also include a description of the problem and what you would like us to do for you. We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number. You must write this RGA number on the carton. You must pay for shipping to return the item to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.

After we receive the product back in a re-sellable and unused condition we will refund your money less any shipping charges. If the product has been used, we cannot accept it back and it will be returned to you.
